Methodology
Once you subscribe, you will receive an e-mail every week, containing one unit of the course.
The content has been designed to raise your self-awareness (physical and emotional as well as cognitive) by asking you reflective questions as well as introducing you to key management theory.
We have also designed this course to nurture your creativity. Creativity is more important than ever in times of change, to enable you to look at situations from different points of view and to transform challengest into opportunities. For this reason, we have introduced the physical theatre concept of “The Materials” to depict three common reactions to change.
This metaphor-led approach asks questions such as: “How can we move someone made of steel?”, “How do we make sure a paper bag doesn’t get blown away by the air?”, “Why can someone become “elastic”?
Through answering these questions and then making a creative leap to workplace situations, this form of leadership training can help you gain a new perspective during times of change.
