A 3-hour session designed to help you and your team through times of change.

Managers and leaders often act as change agents, whether they have instigated the changes themselves or not.

Keeping a team together during times of change takes energy, time and skill. In addition to having to keep an eye out for performance and adapt to the changes yourself.

Catching up with Change provides managers and leaders with the space to stop, assess their current situation and create strategies to use change as an opportunity to develop. The session can also be adapted for a whole team.

During the course, you will learn:

  • How to look after your well-being.
  • Identify how people are affected by change.
  • How to use communication to keep your team focused during times of change.
